ABOUT ME

My name is Sohi Rodas. I am from Columbia, SC and I am 20 years old. I am the oldest of five kids. I enjoy singing and going to the gym. I am a junior at the University of South Carolina double majoring in biological sciences and Spanish. Rising Strong: A Journey of Healing for Survivors is a space dedicated to empowering survivors of sexual assault through compassion, understanding, and support. The blog offers practical tools and resources to aid in healing, sharing inspiring survivor stories to foster hope, and providing guidance on building supportive networks. It also emphasizes empowerment, encouraging survivors to reclaim their voices and advocate for themselves and others. By promoting education and awareness, the blog seeks to challenge misconceptions, spark meaningful conversations, and create a safe, inclusive environment where survivors and allies can find strength and solidarity.
